Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Robert leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bailey and Florence Bailey. He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Bailey Quintero and Stephanie Bailey Bayard; and his siblings, Patricia Netherland (Doug), Glenn Bailey, Nora Jones (Kerry) and James Bailey (Wendy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
