He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Sicard Breaux; his siblings, Deborah Hollingsworth (Sam) and Charlie Breaux; and his nephew John Paul Loupe. He is survived by: his wife Kim Breaux; his father Charles W. Breaux Jr.; his children, Parker Breaux (Molly) and Kara Viberg; his grandchildren, Landon and Luca; and his siblings, Susan Campbell (Frank Fairbanks), JoAnn Loupe (Scott) and Kenneth Breaux.
