Robert Broussard Sr. Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Broussard Sr. of New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on December 17, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Mire Broussard and Wallace Broussard; and his brother Harold. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Jinx Coleman Broussard; his children, Dr. Erica Broussard Bart, Dr. Dana Broussard Labat, Robert Broussard, Jr. and Kevin Bart; his daughter-in-law Sasha Steib Broussard; his grandchildren, Ryan Joseph Labat, Gabriel Robert Labat, Nadia Elise Bart, Fallon Victoria Bart, Savannah Marie Broussard and Robert "Saint" Broussard III; his siblings, James Broussard (Theresa) of Maurice, Eva Broussard Whetstone (Michael) of New Orleans, Rose Broussard of Lafayette, Warren Broussard of Houston and Charlotte Williams of Lafayette; his siblings-in-law, Betty Coleman Clement of LaPlace, Eva Colemen of Vacherie, Warren Joseph Coleman (Brenda) of Wallace, Larry Coleman (Patricia) of New Orleans and Amy Coleman Moore (Marcus) of DeSoto; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Keisha Nelson-Boutee (Martin) of Houston, Kaisha Nelson of Houston, Chastity Rubin of Houston, Krystal Broussard Hall (Tommy) of Houston, Kelly Broussard of Houston, Anthony Broussard of Houston, Loni Broussard of Houston, Chelsea Fields (Eric) of Lafayette, Melanie Clement of DeSoto, Maya Clement, Warren Coleman III (Shajuandra) of Wallace, Marcus Cole Moore of Houston, Colin Moore of Austin, Jeramie Coleman (Maya) and Javon Lymuel (April) of New Orleans. He is also survived by godchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
