He is survived by : his children, David Britsch (Stephanie) and Lisa Britsch Isabelle (Micky Bourgoyne); his grandchildren, Courtney Britsch, Michael Britsch, Mason Isabelle and Madison Isabelle; and his siblings, Dr. Ronald Britsch (Marion) and Noel Britsch Doyle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home (5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124). A Mass was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
