Murtha and Jessica Rappaport; his stepchildren, Julie Gauthier (Bill) and David Gauthier (Noel); his son-in-law Laurent LaBien; his sister Susan Rappaport Marwil; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sloane and Darby; his niece Jo Marwil (Andrea Hansen); his great-niece Amelia; his grandchildren, Zachary Murtha, Morgan Luft Murtha, Alyssa Murtha, Michael Vega and Jack LaBien; and his great grandchildren, Everett Murtha, Briggs Murtha and Jackson Murtha-Vega.
