She is survived by: her son Vernon Rapp, Jr.; her husband Vernon, Sr.; her adoptive daughter Nicole Wagner Banks; her niece Lynette Harris; her grandchildren, Vernon Rapp III (Kierra), Natalie Rapp (Michael) of Colorado Springs, CO, Christoper Rapp and Jacorey Huggins of Shreveport, LA.; her great grandchildren, Christopher, Chloee Thomas, Vernon Rapp, Janiyah Huggins, Naomi Ferguson, Colton Rapp, Mailah Crenshaw, Khylan Rapp, Ryder Crenshaw and Rose Connally; her brother Arthur Payne; her aunt Brenetta Young; her godchildren, Barbara Ann Isidore and Charles Williamson; her brothers-in-law, Rev. Nathaniel Rapp, Sr. (Rose), Horatio Rapp (Marcia), Rev. Eddie Brown, III and Sis; and her in-laws, Daisy, Ruby and Norma Lee Rapp.
