He is survived by : his children, Monica Banks (Derrick Banks Sr.), Anna Lewis (Farrell Lewis), Jody Martin Sr. (Agnes Martin) and Michael Martin Sr. (Sharon Martin). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
