He was predeceased by: his parents, Bufus Warren and Weda Lowe; his son Ronald Peters; and his sister Gilda. He is survived by: his children, Aaron Lowe (Tiffany), Dr. Angela Hall (Calvin), Darren Peters and Brian Lowe; and his siblings, Joyce Carriere, Dorothy Martin, Felton Lowe and Lionel Lowe. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Charbonnet Labat Glapion Funeral Home (1615 St Philip St, New Orleans, LA 70116).
