He is survived by: his children, Aaron Lowe (Tiffany), Dr. Angela Hall (Calvin), Darren Peters and Brian Lowe; and his siblings, Joyce Carriere, Dorothy Martin, Felton Lowe and Lionel Lowe. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
