She is survived by: her husband Emile McCarvy, Sr.; her children, Emile McCarvy, Jr. (Felicity), Michael McCarvy (Doris), Dedrick McCarvy (Karen), Johnaton McCarvy (Monica), Dr. Juanetta Lee McCarvy and Reunda Gonsoulin (Vaughan); and her siblings, John A. Johnson, JB Johnson and Willie J. Crain. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild along with a host of nieces and nephews.
