He is survived by: his wife Ellen Raye Katz Miller; his daughters, Leslie Miller, Erin Miller Springer (Randy) and Stacy Miller Kohn (Mike); his grandchildren, Jennifer Ostermann (John), Myles Bragman (Amy), Hannah Kornrumpf (Ryan), Ilana Robert (Hunter), Jason Kohn (Kimberly Hall), Jeffrey Kohn and Matthew Kohn; his great grandchildren, Oliver, Alexandra, Bennett, Benjamin, Audrey and Evelyn; and his brother Dr. Harold Miller (Rici). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
