She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Miller Gorman and Thomas Gorman; her husband Raymond J. Salassi, Jr.; and her brother Beau. She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanne (Tim Walker), Anne Salassi, Carol Salassi and Karen (Derek Gardes); and her grandchildren, Raymond Walker, Ben Walker, Katie Gardes and Virginia Gardes.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home (5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
