Therrel Jude Plaisance Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on December 6, 2025, at the age of 86, Therrel Jude Plaisance of New Orleans, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Therrel is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Therrel's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Plaisance; his children, Jodie and Jason Plaisance; his parents, Anita Plaisance and Lionel Plaisance Sr.; and his brothers, Donald and Lionel Plaisance.

He is survived by: his sister Marlene Ceasar. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Highest Good Foundation.
