He is survived by: his parents, LaShindra Lundy (Lamus) and Frank Sams Sr. (Dana); his children, Timothy Sams Jr., Aja Black, Kodi Smith and Iyla Carter; his pets, Nina, Chapo and Shottie; his siblings, Tamia Sams, Frank Sams Jr., Jaylynn Sams and Geron Lebeau; his grandparents, Janice and Lee Comeaux; his aunts, LaToya Comeaux, Petrice Abiodun (Taiwo), Deattria Johnson (Wayne) and Timolynn Sams; his uncle LaCory Johnson (Quella); his friend Ashley Carter; and his close friends, Jailah Berry, Asia Black, Kennedy Smith and Brittany Young. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
