It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Van Kirth Brumfield Sr. of New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on March 10, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie J. Sr. Brumfield and Dolores Brumfield; his sisters, Hattie Mae Brumfield, Janice Hicks and Marlene Kelly; and his sons, Lance LaGarde and Justin Brumfield.

He is survived by: his children, Latesha, Van Kirth Jr., Raveen, Tyrea Brumfield, Jacob Ben Israel, Devin Russell, Ashley Edwards, Delindayah and Ryan Goines. He is also survived by four sisters, two brothers, twenty-four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
