With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Virginia Robinson Dean of New Orleans, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 5, 2025 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Edwards Robinson Sr. and Irelia C. Robinson Sr.; her grandparents, Elijah Collins, Alonia George and Rosia Collins; her brothers, Willie Collins, Tommie Lee Robinson, Robert Robinson Sr., Dwayne Collins and Joe Edward Robinson Jr.; and her great-niece Kelan Augillard.
She is survived by: her siblings, Joyce Augillard (John), Audrey R. Henderson, Rosey Brown (John), Anthony and Bernard Collins; her sisters-in-law, Myrtle Robinson and Ruth Collins; and her close friend Lubertha McCommerick. She is also survived by 16 Nieces and Nephews, 31 great-nieces and nephews, 6 great-great nieces and nephews.
