Perry, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth Scully and David Carlin Bourgeois, III.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Ann Perry Carriere, Tina Marie Blystone Mahl (Donald), Evelyn Dianne Blystone Scully (Bruce), Michael Wallace Blystone (Debbie), Kelly William Blystone (Tiffany) and Tony Wayne Blystone (Penny); his grandchildren, Maureen E. Perry Granger (Asa), Bryan K. Carriere (Donna), Tia M. Mahl (Kevin), Tanya L. Mahl (Danny), Albrush J. Scully, Jr. (AJ), Michael P. Perry (Jenn), Meghan C. Perry Granger (Pete), Tony W. Blystone (Melissa) and Nicholas D. Blystone (Tia); his great grandchildren, Jaymiee Allemand, Colby McCoslin, Chloe Braud, Caydin Kline, Everleigh, Declan Scully, Ashtyn Blystone, Krystal, Harley Blystone, Cara, Regan Marquez, Adeline Granger, Penelope Acevedo, Kaylee, Alexis and Emily Perry; his niece Dawn Dubuisson; his nephew Edward Martin, III (Sonny); and his pet Molly.
