He is survived by: his children, Felica Bailey, Chalsey Nelson, Janae Harris, Walter Nelson, David and Daniel Bailey; and his siblings, Vincent, Frank Bailey, Marcella Williams, Mary Phillips, Kim, Ida and Linda Bailey. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
