He is survived by: his wife Dr. Glenda Wallace; his children, Walter Wallace, III (Veronica), Shawn Matthews and Mildred Bazley (Lloyd); his grandchildren, Gianni Bazley, Liam Bazley and Eliza Bazley; his stepchildren, Simona Williams Moore (Roland), Christina Johnson-Reaves (Amber), SeRyan Williams, Jr. and Christopher Johnson; his former wife Gilda Scott-Poole; Helen Wells. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
