She is survived by: her children, William Theodore, IV, Tiffany Duncan (Terrance), Jeremy Theodore and Heavenly Theodore; and her siblings, Joseph Payne (Pamela), John Payne, Aaron Payne (Antoniette), Gwendolyn Wilkerson (Kevin), Rosalind Dartest, David Simon and Carl Simon. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the True Vine Missionary Baptist Church (2008 Marigny St, New Orleans, LA 70117). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
