Steele, Mrs. Edna S. Waller (Timothy), Julian Steele (Audrey Lee), Mrs. Lydia Bowman (Larry), and Aaron H. Steele (Rhonda); in-laws: Herman Starks Jr. (Brendell), Irma Gaston, Chris Pittman (Joseph), Herbert Starks (Judy), Carol Chapman (Wendell), Shelia Starks, and Richard Starks; deceased family: Fernandez Steele, Aremenia Steele, Ophelia Stone, Samuel Steele, Shirley Steele Smith, Herman Starks, Sr., Cora Lee Bell-Starks, and Betty Steele; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Charles Avenue Presbyterian Church (1545 State St, New Orleans, LA 70118). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
