He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Williams, Sr. and Geneva Williams; and his siblings, David Williams and Geneva Williams. He is survived by: his sister Geraldine Walker of Gibsonton, FL; his daughter Nicole Williams Fontenot of Stone Mountain, GA; his grandchildren, Troy F. Taylor, Jr. and Dymond Fontenot; and his great grandchild Elijah T.. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends.
