He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna O'Neill Stouder and Karl Ross Stouder; and his brother Karl J. Stouder (Joan). He is survived by: his sons, William Richard Stouder, Jr. (Raquel) and Chad Michael Stouder (Cherie); and his wife Eileen Bosch Stouder.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jacob Schoen Funeral Home (3827 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70119). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
