He was predeceased by: his wife Marlene; his son Churchill III; his parents, Lillie David and Churchill Sr. David; and his siblings, Churchill Jr. (Boot), Terry (Lamont), Bruce Wayne, Bobby Dale, Donnie, Ronnie, Linda Gayle, Ruby Ann and Barbra.
He is survived by: his children, Carroll Jr. (Lindsay), Curtis, John, Curby, Colby, Harley, Marie and Bobbie Gale; and his sisters, MaryAnn Martinez (Bernard) and Eunice Pizzolato (Kirk). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM.
