Frank Davis Sr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frank Davis Sr. of Newellton, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 25, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Frank may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Davis; his grandson Michael Allen Davis; and his siblings, Sonny Davis and Myrtle Porter. He is survived by: his children, Frank Davis, Jr. (Traci) of Newellton, LA and Kelli Rene Tumlinson (Donald) of Colfax, LA; his grandchildren, Shelby Diann Davis and Megan M-Lynne Cook; and his sister Mary Bell Nunez.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dennard First National Funeral Home (6637 Main St, Winnsboro, LA 71295). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Legion Memorial Cemetery (1086 LA-605, Newellton, LA 71357).
