He is survived by: his son Aaron Ainsworth (Yvonne); his grandchildren, Mia Ainsworth and Kaja Ainsworth; his siblings, Dale Ainsworth (Melissa), Shelia Blair, Michael Hawkins, Selma Hawkins and Tony Ainsworth; and his aunts and uncles, Jean Donahue, Judy Evans, Cindy Johnson (Bud), Linda Beeson, Harold Ainsworth and Tim Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
