He is survived by: his parents, Richard Lamar Boutwell, Sr. and Betty Ann Boutwell (Rushing) of Oak Grove, Louisiana; and his children, Kaitie Boutwell of West Monroe, Louisiana, John Richard Boutwell of Oak Grove and Carlee Jo Boutwell of Monticello.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cox Funeral Homes - Oak Grove Chapel (200 E Noble St, Oak Grove, LA 71263). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
