She is survived by : her husband Edward "Harp" McDowell of Oak Grove, Louisiana; her daughters, Kristal Young of Whitesboro, Texas and Amy LaRavia of Oak Grove, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Ethan Young of Whitesboro, Brent Young of Bonifay, Sarah Strong (Bryan) of Oak Grove and Ben LaRavia of Oak Grove, Louisiana; and her sister Norma Wells of Longview, Texas.
