He was predeceased by: his son James Timothy Manley; his parents, James Manley and Irma Manley; his granddaughter Summer Manley; and his daughter-in-law Pam Manley.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Lynn Manley (Carrie Dukes) and Janet Nadine Manley; his grandchildren, Drake Manley and Lisa Marie Meredith (Craig); his great grandchildren, Lydia and Olivia; his siblings, J. I. Manley of Bastrop, LA, Herbert Manley of Monroe, LA and Nelda Thompson of Pioneer, LA; the mother of his children Frankie Manley; and his niece Cheryl Thompson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
