Woods of Brookhaven, MS and DeLynn Woods (Tasha) of Florence, MS.; his grandchildren, Nicholas Woods (Dylan) of Oak Grove, LA, Daniel Woods (Krystal) of Taylorsville, MS, Austin Bills (Bailey) of Pearl, MS, Alyssa McCullough (Christian) of Madison, MS, Alannah Bills of Mendenhall, MS and David Grimmett, Jr. of Florence, MS.; his great grandchildren, Serenity Gable (Wade) of Taylorsville, MS., Scarlet Gable of Taylorsville, MS. and Raven Woods of Taylorsville, MS.; his brother Hiram Glynn Woods (Betsy) of Huntsville, AL.; his brother-in-law Melvin Smith; and his niece Rebecca Ann Markcum (Darnell).
