She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Ruby Lee Gunter, Jimmy Newton Sr. and Shelia Newton. She is survived by: her son Charlee Wade Newton of West Monroe, Louisiana; her parents, Candice Ann "Candy" Gunter of Oak Grove, Louisiana and Jimmy Wayne "Jim" Newton of Lake Providence, Louisiana; her siblings, Paisley Pardon of Oak Grove, Louisiana and Trey Newton of Kilbourne, Louisiana; her siblings' children, Albie Pardon of Oak Grove, Louisiana, Lennon Carroll of Oak Grove, Louisiana, Roman Pardon of Oak Grove, Louisiana and Laena Pardon of Oak Grove, Louisiana; and her grandfather Malcolm Gunter of Oak Grove, Louisiana. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Cox Funeral Homes - Oak Grove Chapel (200 E Noble St, Oak Grove, LA 71263).
