She was predeceased by: her husband Homer Perkins; her sons, Greg Buxton and Robert Buxton; her parents, Dudley Tarver and Liddy Tarver; her siblings, Carl Tarver, Troy Tarver, Lamar Tarver, Tommy Tarver, Geraldine Byrd, Ida Faye McGray and Pauline Paul; her grandson Michael Buxton; and her great grandchild Teagan Strother.
She is survived by: her pet Minnie; and her children, Laina Smith of Oakdale, Keitha Strother (Louis) of Oakdale, Tonya Perkins (Garth) of Oakdale, Lisa Carter (Ricky) of Glenmora, Perry, Nick and Loryn. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; forty-five great grandchildren; and twelve great-great grandchildren.
