He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Cook (Brandy) of Pineville and Melissa Guillot (Josh) of Pineville; his grandchildren, Dylan Cook, Hailey Cook, Peyton Cook, Baylen Guillot, Brooklyn Guillot, Carly Cook and Logan Cook; his great grandchild Saleen Cook; and his siblings, Bobby Gibbs (Louise) of Evansville, Eugene Gibbs (Gail) of McCarr, Kentucky, Mary Lou Ball of Easley, Susan Smith of Easley, Harriet Owens of Easley and Kathy Black of Easley.
