She was predeceased by : her husband Jack Stanley Grant; her parents, John Hampton "Hamp" Smith and Agnes Meylian Smith; her siblings, Thelma Smith, Bertie Mae Smith, James Ottis Smith, Arthur Lemeul Smith and Artie Oscar Smith; and her son-in-law Lonnie Ray Salassi.
She is survived by : her children, Edward Smith (Mary) of Madera, California and Patricia Salassi of Simpson; her siblings, William Mickey Smith (Shirley) of Gardner, Robert Smith (Jessie) of West Monroe, Johnny Smith of LaCamp, Martha Ann Bohnsack of Kenner, Dorothy Lyn Genovese of Slidell and Rose Marie Holston of Dry Prong; her grandchildren, Joanna Smith of Madera, Tisha Dawn Marsh of Holden, Eric Smith (Cecilia) of Fowler, Jeremy Smith (Angela) of Caruthers and Cory Marsh of LaCamp; her great grandchildren, Jasmine Smith, Jeremy Smith, Ava Smith, Aubree Smith, Edward Smith, Penelope Smith, Kyle Marsh (Luci), Seslee Mosley (Bryan) and Stella Sasser; her great great grandchildren, Lydia Wren, Livian Rose, Bryleigh, Jesse and Zayleigh; and her sister-in-law Elouise Gillespie (Larry) of Elmer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
