He is survived by: his children, Kevin Green (Massena) of Ten Mile, Karen Green of Punta Gorda and Mandy West of Ten Mile; and his grandchildren, Dustin Warren (Chelsie), Amy Hammatt (Blake) and Paige Cloud (Carl). He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
