He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Webb, Jr. and Henrietta Webb; and his siblings, Edward Webb and Elaine Carr. He is survived by: his children, Leo Webb, Jr. (Marlene) of Wisconsin, Laree Morris of Houston, Leslie McClinton (Wilbert) of Oakdale and Shanteria Hayward (Jewel) of Oakdale; and his godchildren, Henry Anderson, Jr., Natanya Martin and Charita Green. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Mowad Civic Center (213 S 10th St, Oakdale, LA 71463). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
