She was predeceased by : her husband Millard Palmer, Sr.; her parents, Ledger Willie and Eunice Willie; and her granddaughter Samantha Boulet. She is survived by : her children, Millard Palmer, Jr. (Michelle) of Oregon, Annie Bower (Anthony) of Oakdale, Shirley Palmer of Oakdale, Mildred Doyle of Ruston and Rebecca Bergeron (Patrick) of Hathaway. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
