She was predeceased by: her parents, John Boulet and Alice Royer Boulet; her husband Ervin Joseph Young Sr.; her daughter Alice Lorine Young; and her siblings, Eva Molitor, Lowella Rougeau, Clyde Joseph Boulet and Agatha Alice Leger.
She is survived by: her son Ervin Young Jr.; and her sisters, Mary Mavis Guidry (Wayne) and Ruth Jeansonne (Martin).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hope Church/Oberlin Pentecostal Church (323 N 4th St, Oberlin, LA 70655). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Oberlin Cemetery.
