It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allan Ray Shelton of Olla, Louisiana, who passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronnie Gleen Shelton and Theresa Diane Johnson; his former wife Christy Shelton; his grandparents, Alton, Helen Johnson, Addie Belle and Robbin Johnson; his aunt Pam Johnson; and his uncle Lamar "Marty" Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Renee Spruell Shelton; his children, Chelsey Shelton (Rory Scoman), Bekka Shelton, Kaitlin Shelton, Hope Langley and Jesse Langley; his adoptive daughter Tonya Sumrall (JW); his siblings, Melissa Carter and Gleen Shelton (Ramona); and his grandchildren, Christopher "Turtle" League, Dominick League and Gwen League. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Olla Pentecostal Church (2878 Main St #165, Olla, LA 71465). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
