He was predeceased by: his brothers, Wesley Lisenby and Gary Lisenby; his daughter Misty Lisenby; his siblings-in-law, Robert "Bob" Love and Anna Lisenby; and his nephew Michael Lisenby.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lisenby; his sister Jennifer Higginbotham (Johnny); his children, Karla Cockerham (Scott) and Bobby Guichet (Hailey); and his grandchildren, Macy Mills, Jacob Mills, Seth Mills, Byron Guichet, Baleigh Guichet, Patrick Cockerham and Hailey Cockerham. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Urania Pentecostal Church (15930 US-165, Olla, LA 71480). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
