He was predeceased by: his wife Clydean Martin Brown; his parents, Noah Brown and Lavelle Boone Davis Brown; his children, Margaret R. Waggoner, Kathy Faye Waggoner and John W. Waggoner; his siblings, Johnny Davis, Jimmie Brown (Many) and Jenny Lee Davis Boyette; and his great grandchildren, Richard Lee Bailey and Cassie Leann Finlay.
He is survived by: his caregivers, Kim Finlay Poole and Mercedes Andrews; his close friends, Janice Hortman Grunewald and Wayne Grunewald; and his nephew Travis Brown. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 25 great- grandchildren, and 27 great-great- grandchildren.
