He is survived by: his children, Beau Hunter Benoit of Opelousas, LA and Kristie Benoit Faul (Ashtyn) of Lake Charles, LA; his sister Margaret "Meg" Benoit Fontenot of Lafayette, LA; the mother of his children Robbin LeDoux of Lake Charles, LA; his sister-in-law Stephanie Lynn Hooks Benoit of Opelousas, LA; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Marie Norse, Noah Stone Faul, Ryker East Faul and Dallas James Faul; his nieces and nephews, Jonah Shaine Fontenot (Stephanie Sumrall Fontenot), Jada Danielle Fontenot (Kyle Boudreaux), Caden Jacob Journet and Joshua Blake Benoit; his godson Kaleb Aaron Benoit; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cole Eliote Soileau, Abrielle Cabernet Nellis, Arianna Cae Boudreaux, Jolie Layne Fontenot, Moon Anna-Marie Journet, Sophia Benoit, Vivian Benoit, Jaxon Benoit and Chase Michael Benoit.
