She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Soileau and Pearl Soileau; her husbands, Elton Soileau and Archie Briley; her siblings, Edgar "Jesse" Soileau, Ruth Norris, Mary Delafosse and Pearl Fontenot; her stepson Miles Briley; and her stepgranddaughter Jennifer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Yielding (Carl) and Susan Tortorich (Walter) of St. Landry; her stepchildren, Sonya Ayo (Ernest) of St. Francisville and Mark Briley (Melissa) of Grand Prairie; her stepdaughter-in-law Charlene Briley of Plaisance; her grandchildren, Kim, Kerri, Brandon, Betsy, Ben and John; her stepgrandchildren, Jaimee, Jeanne-Marie, Jonathan, Jodi, Laurie, Nicole, Steven and Scott; and her sister Yvonne Landry (Eli). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
