He is survived by: his wife Mary Sylvia Collins of Opelousas, LA; his children, Jerome Collins, Jr. (Jeanette) of Opelousas, LA, Kenneth Marc Collins (Lisa) of Pearland, TX, Patrick Collins of Opelousas, LA, Chad Collins (Christina) of Missouri City, TX and Jennifer Broussard (Jacques) of Baytown, TX; and his siblings, Joseph Collins (Cheryl) of Opelousas, LA and Louise Vincent (Harold) of New Orleans, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
