He is survived by: his wife Glenda Lanclos Joubert; his children, Jean-Paul Joubert (Stacy) of Opelousas, Jacques Dupre Joubert (Richie) of Opelousas, Andree Therese St (Andre) and Angelique Marie Joubert of Opelousas; his sister Elouise "Bobba" St (Cyr); his grandsons, Conner Joubert (Maya) and Jean-Paul Joubert; and his great grandchild Emmett Dupre.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 2nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 3rd 2026 at 8:00 AM at the Melancon Funeral Home (4708 I-49 Frontage Rd, Opelousas, LA 70570). A rosary was held on Tuesday, June 2nd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, June 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church (1432 W Landry St, Opelousas, LA 70570).
