He is survived by : his wife Beatrice Stelly Noel of Palmetto, LA; his daughter Eva Noel of Opelousas, LA; and his siblings, Lincoln Noel (Betty) of Mamou, LA, Dennis Noel (Norma) of Lake Charles, LA, Sherral Tezeno of Mamou, LA, Ruby Wilkens of Lake Charles, LA and Juliet Webb of Mamou, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
