He is survived by: his wife Linda Milburn Fontenot of Opelousas, LA; his children, Jerome Lee Fontenot, Jr. of Opelousas, LA, Nicholas Felix Fontenot of Opelousas, LA and Stacie Alida Fontenot of Lafayette, LA; his sisters, Barbara Auzenne of Opelousas, LA and Lena F. Charles of Opelousas, LA; his grandchildren, Jaedon Fontenot, Kaelin Fontenot, Jhy'lon Yowl, Rapheal Thompson, Jr. and Rowen Thompson; and his great grandchild Zade Fontenot. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
