He is survived by: his parents, Herbert Amy and Janet Amy; his siblings, Michelle Guillory (Patrick) and Dr. Eric Amy (Amber); and his nieces and nephews, Christopher Guillory, Kalyn Fontenot, Ella Amy and Betchina Amy.
