We are sad to announce that, on October 17, 2025, at the age of 69, Laurent Adam Thibodeaux Jr. (Opelousas, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Laurent leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his wife Cindy Poirier Thibodeaux; his parents, Laurent Thibodeaux, Sr. and Delta Trahan Thibodeaux; and his brother Dale Thibodeaux. He is survived by: his children, Russel Thibodeaux (Tiffany), Laurent Thibodeaux III (Brittany Schexnayder), Amanda Thibodeaux (Brandon Estilette) and April Fuselier (Hunter); and his siblings, Randy Thibodeaux, Kathy Schexnayder (Darren), Christine Schexnayder (Clayton) and Marie Prejean (Lee). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
