She is survived by: her husband Joseph Navy DeJean of Opelousas, LA; her daughter Cathedral R. DeJean of Opelousas, LA; and her sisters, Laura Lazard of Opelousas, LA, Vanessa Thomas of Opelousas, LA and Sharina Taylor (Charlie) of Midway, GA.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Williams Funeral Home (817 E South St, Opelousas, LA 70570). A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Ghost Catholic Church (732 N Union St, Opelousas, LA 70570).
