He is survived by: his children, Mario Richard (Kaleisha) of Zachary, LA, Shannon Goodwill of Opelousas, LA and Angel Jolivette of Opelousas, LA; his siblings, Charles "Coonie" Goodwill of Opelousas, LA, Clyde Goodwill of Beaumont, TX, Raymond Goodwill (Beverly) of New Orleans, LA, Earsie Lee Green of Beaumont, TX, Alice LeBlanc of Beaumont, TX, Mary Manick (Robert) of Los Angeles, CA, Geraldine Goodwill of Rochester, NY and Priscilla Edmond (Daryl) of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Anastasia of Opelousas, LA, Tiasia John of Opelousas, LA, Acelynn of Opelousas, LA, Paris of Opelousas, LA and Zyria Palmer of Opelousas, LA; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Chevis of Opelousas, LA, Javion Archangel of Opelousas, LA and Kayla Fontenot of Katy, TX.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Mohorn Baptist Church (219 Cosay Rd, Opelousas, LA 70570).
